三主要道根本颂             宗喀巴大师造仁钦曲扎译 敬礼诸至尊上师！ 　　一切佛经心要义，是诸菩萨所赞道， 　　有缘求解脱津梁，我今随力而宣说。　　于三有乐不贪着，为暇满义而精进， 　　志依胜者所喜道，诸有缘者净意听。　　无出离心无息灭，希求有海乐果法， 　　因贪有乐缚众生，故当先求出离心。　　暇满难得寿无暇，串习能除此生欲；         业果不虚轮回苦，勤思消除后世贪。 　　         修已于轮回盛事，不生刹那之希望， 　　昼夜唯求解脱心，起时是生出离心。　　若无菩提心摄持，出离不成无上觉， 　　圆满安乐之因故，智者应发菩提心。　　四瀑流冲难阻止，业力绳索紧系缚， 　　投入我执铁笼中，无明黑暗笼罩之。　　无边有中生又生，三苦逼迫常无断， 　　如是情形，母处境思已发起殊胜心。　　不具通达真理慧，虽修出离菩提心， 　　不能断除有根故，应勤通达缘起法。　　能见轮涅一切法，从因生果皆不虚， 　　且能破诸所执境，彼入佛陀所喜道。　　现相缘起不虚妄，离执空性二了解， 　　何时见为相违者，尚未通达佛密意。　　不复轮替而同时，甫见不欺缘起已， 　　定解普灭所执境，彼时见观察圆满。 　　又由现相除有边，及由空性除无边， 　　若知空性现因果，不为边执见所夺。　　如是三主道诸要，子能如实通达时， 　　当依静处起精进，速疾成办究意愿。此是多闻比丘洛桑札巴贝 (善慧名称吉祥)为擦廓长官阿旺札巴(语自在称)所作的教诫。

The Three Principal Aspects of the Path<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p><o:p> </o:p>I bow to all the high and holy gurus.<o:p> </o:p>As far as I am able, I will explain the essence of all high teachings of the Victors, the path that all their holy sons commend, the entry point for the fortunate seeking freedom.<o:p> </o:p>Listen with pure minds, fortunate ones who have no craving for the pleasures of life, and who to make leisure and fortune meaningful, strive to turn their minds to the path which pleases the Victors.<o:p> </o:p>There is no way to end, without pure renunciation, this striving for pleasant results in the ocean of life.  It is because of their hankering life as well that beings are fettered, so seek renunciation first.<o:p> </o:p>Leisure and fortune are hard to find, life is not long; think it constantly, stop desire for this life.  Think over and over how deeds and their fruits never fail, and the cycle’s sufferings, stop desire for the future.<o:p> </o:p>When you have meditated thus and feel not even a moment’s wish for the good things of cyclic life, and when you begin to think both night and day of achieving freedom, you have generated renunciation.<o:p> </o:p>Renunciation though can never bring the total bliss of matchless Buddhahood, unless it is bound by the purest wish; and so, the wise seek the high wish for enlightenment.<o:p> </o:p>They are swept along on four fierce river currents, chained up tight in past deeds, hard to undo, stuffed in the steel cage of self-grasping, smothered in the pitch-black ignorance.<o:p> </o:p>In a limitless round they are born, and in their births are tortured by the three sufferings without a break; think how your mothers feel, think of what is happening to them, try to develop the highest wish.<o:p> </o:p>You may master renunciation and the wish, but unless you have the wisdom perceiving reality, you can not cut the root of cyclic life.  Make efforts in ways then to perceive interdependence.<o:p> </o:p>A person has entered the path that pleases the Buddhas when for all objects, in the cycle or beyond, he sees that cause and effect can never fail, and when for him they lose all solid appearance.<o:p> </o:p>You have yet to realize the thought of the Able Ones as long as the two concepts seem to you disparate; the appearance of things – infallible interdependence, and emptiness – beyond taking any position.<o:p> </o:p>At some point they no longer alternate, come together; just seeing that interdependence never fails, brings realization that destroys how you hold to objects, and then your analysis with the view is complete.<o:p> </o:p>In addition, the appearance prevents the existence extreme; emptiness that of non-existence, and if you see how emptiness shows in cause and effect, you will never be stolen off by extreme views.<o:p> </o:p>When you have grasped as well as I the essential points of each of the three principal aspects of the path explained, then go into isolation, my son, make mighty efforts, and quickly win your ultimate wish.<o:p> </o:p><o:p> </o:p>These instructions wee imparted to Tsako Wangpo Ngawang Drakpa, by that very learned monk, the glorious Lobsang Drakpa.<o:p></o:p><o:p> </o:p><o:p> </o:p><o:p> </o:p>

当初昂旺堪布在四川雅安给郭和卿居士等讲解过。于是就有翻译的了。能海上师和法尊法师是否翻译过，目前没有听说。

<TABLE width="90%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD>云水堂主提供的<A target=_blank href="http://www.tongdengzhongyao.com/zx/ljf/ljf5.htm" target=_blank>《三主要道》研究</A>里面说的： </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>《三主要道》是宗咯巴大师为弟子阿旺札巴写的一篇偈颂，文字虽少，却将整体佛法要义浓缩于这十四首偈颂之中。阿旺札巴是宗咯巴大师钟爱的弟子，也是他的侄子，后来广宏佛法，在西藏东部地区创建了百余座寺院。近代诠释《三主要道》最重要的著作《三主要道甚深引导·开妙道门》的作者帕绷咯大师(1878—1941)据说即是阿旺札巴的历代转世化身之一。 阿旺札巴是宗咯巴大师的侄子纯粹是错误的胡说。一个在四川，一个是青海的，二人没有血缘关系，只有法缘关系。
