</SPAN>〖释〗七众别解脱律仪中,苾刍男女及正学女。勤策男女所有净戒,是出家分。近事男女所有净戒,是在家分。别解脱戒虽有八众,然未直说近住戒者,如《律仪二十颂释难论》云:“受一昼夜,非难行故,非远欲故,于长夜中不随转故,非此所应,故未宣说。”传为云海释说:“谓是近事住于近住,近事中摄故未宣说。正学女律,是苾刍尼律仪中摄。”未见应理。</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoPlainText style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=宋体><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>设作是问:菩萨所有律仪戒中,除七众戒,有无余戒?若有,则违《菩萨地》中除七众戒,未说余戒。若为无者,别解脱戒死没即舍,具菩萨律死没即应无律仪戒。天身菩萨,应不可受菩萨律学三聚戒。答:若是出家具菩萨律,五众随一别解脱戒,是律仪戒。若是在家近事男女,具菩萨律,二众随一别解脱戒,为律仪戒。例如天人,其身不堪受别解脱律仪,具菩萨戒,断十不善,或断身语七种不善,是律仪戒。此七能断,断除性罪,共同七众别解脱戒,非是真实别解脱律。如《道炬论释》云:“律仪戒者,谓护制罪七众别解脱律仪,及护性罪护十不善。”初是真实别解脱戒,后者惟是共同七众别解脱戒。《庄严密意论》亦云:“其律仪戒,亦是遮戒,谓以七支能断为相,无贪无嗔正见三法,是彼发起。”又云:“若具发起尸罗增上,为十善业道。”《律仪二十颂释难论》云:“如《菩萨地》,说七众别解脱为律仪戒。其义当知,别解脱律仪,即是菩萨律仪之支,是为一分。故若具足别解脱律仪,即成正受菩萨律仪之器,亦当授予如此学处。离遮杀生等非是余戒。若尚不能遮杀生等,亦非正受菩萨所有律仪之器。”谓若不乐离杀生等,非生菩萨律仪之器。离杀生等之理,意为共同别解脱戒,故释《菩萨地》义,谓七众别解脱,是为菩萨律仪一分。</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoPlainText style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=宋体><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>具菩萨律,如下当说,虽有开许身语七支杀生等时。然杀生等非有不共别解脱过。譬如除酒,余诸制罪,虽开病人,然总具足苾刍律仪,皆应遮止。又如正受苾刍律仪,无定支分,须尽断一切罪欲乐而受。身语七支除例外时,如别解脱,乃至失命守护莫犯。故《道炬论》云:“恒具余律仪,七众别解脱,有菩萨律仪,善根而非余。”此颂显示,初发业者,若无七众别解脱戒随一,则无善根发生殊胜净戒律仪。若无共同七众别解脱断除性罪,全无善根生菩萨律仪。非说七众真别解脱若无一种,即便不生菩萨律仪。《道炬论释》云:“今欲显示净戒律仪殊胜所依。”又此颂文是摄前引菩提贤释所有略义(即《廿颂释难论》)。又于此义昔有二家:一、菩萨律仪若生若住,须别解脱为所依止,名有依家。二、执别解脱为声闻戒,说能障碍菩萨律仪,为无依家。有依家云:“经说菩萨别解脱戒,故大小乘俱有七众别解脱戒,总以七众别解脱戒不损害他为所依止。凡饶益他皆不损故,又大小乘别解脱戒所有差别谓以能相续,随护他心,犯可还净,为求利他意乐所显,及此相违。若谓离别,决定无总。然小乘别解脱,非其所依。大乘别解脱,即菩萨学处,自为自依亦有违者,无此相违失。《宝云经》说:“别解脱律仪,异菩萨学处故。又大乘七众戒,受及守护等,俱如毗奈耶。”</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoPlainText style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=宋体><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>此不应理,若须七众别解脱戒为生起依,天应不生菩萨律仪。若为住依,及是死没相续不舍,天及傍生亦应有苾刍等。又菩萨律仪,不须别解脱为生起依者,《庄严能仁密意论》云:“若作是说,安住随一别解脱律仪,谓近事男,近事女,勤策男,勤策女,正学女,苾刍,苾刍尼,乃至命存七众别解脱律仪。乃可正受菩萨律仪,非余可受,余者不生菩萨律仪故。此于大乘未多劬劳。若无别解脱律仪,即便不生菩萨律仪,则菩萨藏及其释论,应当说此为彼根本。此定当说,譬如大乘乃至菩提归依三宝。”故菩萨地律仪戒时,说为七众别解脱者,应当了知俱通二分,谓真七众别解脱戒,及别解脱与菩萨律二所共同断除性罪,不当执为单说七众。其断性罪共别解脱律仪戒者,与受菩萨律仪同时而生,故与菩萨律仪,全无所依能依之义。虽未先受真实七众别解脱戒,菩萨律仪亦能生起。然是堪受别解脱身,定当先受在家出家随一别解脱成。不尔则与佛教渐次成相违故。譬如未受勤策律仪,即便直受苾刍律仪虽能生起,然不应尔。</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoPlainText style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=宋体><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
