勝樂的誓言，主辦方預計：
1. 每日六座上師瑜伽
2. 承許在一年或者幾年之內閉關，如果你之前沒有閉關過的話
3. 每日勝樂短軌-Yoga of the Three Purifications of Shri Heruka

寶源百法的誓言：
1.預計只有心咒的要求

In Bendigo Rinpoche is scheduled to confer Heruka Initiation as a prerequisite to the Ringing Gyatsa, after the two weeks of teachings on Shantideva’s Guide to a Bodhisattva’s Way of Life. As a Highest Yoga Tantra we expect the Heruka commitment to be the daily Six Session Guru Yoga to fulfil the commitment of Bodhisattva and Tantric vows taken, a Heruka approach retreat within a year, or few years, if you have not done that retreat before, and a daily commitment of the Yoga of the Three Purifications of Shri Heruka short sadhana until the retreat is completed and/or ongoing.

When Rinpoche gave the Ringing Gyatsa in 1982 and 1986 in India, there were no other deity sadhana commitments. Most of the permissions had no commitment however, there were a number of daily manta commitments, mostly of one mantra a day. The deities covered in Volume I, given in 1982 were wide ranging aspects of Lower Tantra and Highest Yoga Tantra deities for health, wealth, long life and realisations.  The deities covered in Volume II, given in 1986 were mainly protector deities.

功利点说的话（有可能不恰当），其实如果能一受完灌顶尽快闭关结束的话，短轨也可以不念。因为要求是如果闭关结束，短轨的承诺就结束了。不过在内地找到胜乐闭关有可能闭关困难。不过梭巴仁波切的全球FPMT的中心还是时不时有胜乐金刚的闭关（长短不等）。

弱弱问一下一般这种闭关需要多久时间呢？
