tin师兄请进:菩提心的修法

<P>作为本版的版主之一,我们感谢tin师兄在最近一段时间为本版带来的菩提心教法和修持的讨论。这些教法和讨论带来了一些不同以往的感觉,使我自己也对以前听闻的嘉瓦仁波切以菩提心为中心的教授思想有了一些新的理解。作为嘉瓦仁波切的中文翻译,tin师兄在讨论中所显示出来的谦虚,真诚和博学让人尊重。当然我们都希望这些关于菩提心的讨论继续下去,以便让大家更有利益。所以我有几个问题继续下去:</P><P>1,tin师兄在讨论中所列举的菩提心修持的系列要诀,有没有一种仪轨来摄持作为日常座上修的串习?</P><P>2,有没有7因果和自他换并修的方式?</P><P>3,tin师兄认为您所谈的菩提心修法要诀和格鲁派里四加行里第二菩提心加行的修法有什么区别?</P><P>4,根据tin师兄在以前贴中表达的观点(未得到具德上师的初修者,应该以讨论的心态与讲法者讨论菩提心得教授,并且以菩提心为善知识),这点在日常生活中系统应该怎么做?</P>

mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">初、先想一中庸有情于自前面,思维:我愿迅生离冤憎亲爱中庸漠然三心之平等舍心。如伊平日对自作过许多饶益,自对之一定生悦意心。此悦意心不可要,因能生爱执故,焉知此人过去不曾对自作过残害;故利我者不决定,而消遮爱执之心。反之,如伊对自作过如何残害,自对之一定生憎恨心,此亦不可,焉知此人过去不曾对自作过许多饶益,故害我者亦不决定,而遮止憎恨心。略想:利我者不可生爱执,过去对自曾作残害故;害我者不可生憎恨,过去对自曾作饶益故;由是遮止怨憎、亲爱中庸漠然三心而住于平等舍心。我今安住于平等舍心有何不可呢?!<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">众生颠倒,大多如是,思而压伏冤憎亲爱之心。如对冤许过去对自曾作利益,而现在是对自残害。但冤过去对自是利,不能过去是利,不许为利,而现在是利,乃许为利。以时间推之,冤对自过去曾作多利,总之是利;又将憎心压伏下去。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">又想三者于自前面,于自方面决不可生亲即爱、冤即憎之心。一切有情均自母亲,决不可一部分爱一部分憎。并且自己乃依一切有情而成佛,决不会依一部分有情而成佛,不依其余一部分有情而成佛;一切有情均自恩者。自他双方均不可生亲者爱、冤者憎之心。因自他尚在水深火热之中,又何能有爱憎之分。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">又渐推广到一村一县,乃至一切世界,对一切有情均不可生亲者爱、冤者憎之心而住于平等舍心。有暇时可广想。略想:冤亲二种有情于前面,而平其爱憎心。平等心生后,然后转入于知母念恩。依前说观到无可爱、憎、漠然;然后又启请,又观又修。如是周而复始,三四次修。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">所谓菩提心者,须具有为利遍虚空一切有情之利他心,和为利一切有情自己必须成佛之愿成佛心二者,才是菩提心。依七因果言教和自他<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="相换">相换</st1:PersonName>教授合修,更易生起菩提心。所谓七因果言教者,乃依知母、念恩、报恩、慈心、悲心、增上意乐、发菩提心七者,以前前为生后后之因的次第,长期殷勤串习,必生菩提心也。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">知母者,即能认识一切有情均自母亲之心。八千颂云:一切有情,吾毋不去处,吾毋不生处,吾毋不死处。由此可知一切有情均自母亲。仅念此,认识母亲之心,尚不决定。再以无始之理思之,一切有情从无始来,心流不断,现在之心流,由过去之心流而来。现在之心流,非于现生中仅有,盖入胎之心流,来自入胎前之中有,中有之心流来自前生之心流,以此前前,推之无始。我从无始以来,受生无量数,母亲亦无量数。假如有哪一种有情未曾作过我的母亲,则我受生母亲的数量就不够。又从无始以来,我无处不曾受生过,无趣不曾受过生,故一切有情不仅作过我的母亲,而且多生作过我的母亲。依此理思之,一切有情确是我的母亲,何以我又不认识呢?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">先想今生之母于自前面,思其对自种种养育之恩,为我救护一切损害,为我成办一切利乐。初住胎时,母亲一饮一食,一行一动,一坐一卧,都是在为保护胎儿着想,何者于胎儿有害,虽自喜食亦不食,何者于胎儿有益,自不喜吃亦要吃。更不顾自己疲劳、辛苦、困难,一行一动,一坐一卧,都是在为保护长养自己着想。假如母亲不是精心保护自己,稍一不慎,自己就会死在胎中,我身得来,实非容易。何母亲给我的身体,既不缺支,又具智慧,能辨善恶,依止佛法,精勤修学,可望成佛。母恩之大,何能比拟。中时,于出胎后,自己如一无知之肉虫,不能自己生存,全赖母亲温之暖之,哺之养之,母亲之心无时不刻不在自己身上,自己一颦一笑,母亲随之一忧一喜。自己粪便,母亲不惜以手承之,以指拭之。夜间便溺,浸湿床褥,母亲宁卧湿处,将自己移睡干处。自己一有疾病,母亲惶惶不安,求医求药,至心护理,不惜通夜不眠,抱自行走。自己不食不语,母亲更自忧心如焚。自己学语学走,全赖母亲昼夜教导扶持。即使有保姆抚养,保姆亦系看母亲的金钱和关心如何而爱护自己的。后时,成长入学,抚之育之,有加无已。既为自己学业担心,又为自己成长焦虑。乃至参加工作以后,尚时时为自己事业发展操心,关注之情,无时或已。母亲对自大恩,不仅今生,乃至多生,亦复如是。不仅在人趣中母恩如是之大,生于兽类,亦有跪乳之恩,生于禽类,亦有反哺之德。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN">想此仅系缘念一切有情成佛,要自己真实成佛后,乃有此救度功能。盖佛身功德具三十二相八十种好,一一相好,众德所成,诸大菩萨莫能测知。佛身紫金色,光明为性,常光数丈,使人瞻仰,无有厌足。见佛相者,能止恶生善,种成佛因。佛之教化,普及十方,随类现身,随诸根器,任运现身。于各方世界,普现十二种度化事业,有缘众生,随化得度。佛诸相好,一一毛孔,均能放光说法。佛光所至,热狱化凉,寒狱转温,六道诸苦,无不顿息。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; 还有一个问题想讨论一下,假如对于一个已经有上师的人,每天有一个小时来修行佛法,不知道这一个小时应该用来修行上师瑜且好呢,还是修行菩提心好,或者各半小时好?

<P>还有个问题,不知道每天把菩提道次第均匀的串习一遍(如速道乐道等),还是集中以发心为主进行串习(如老俗上面贴那种),哪种方式更好些?</P>

<P><FONT size=4>靜風兄</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4>當然 有時間的話 最好每天把整個廣論的內涵串習一遍 但如果時間有限 我覺得要挑重點出來 </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4>如果按照我個人的方式 1.離今世欲 2.先觀空性後發起出離心 3.透過知母念恩報恩以及自他換 發起慈心 4.增上意樂的悲心 5.菩提心&nbsp; </FONT><FONT size=4>我會在第四個部分 盡量加強 </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4>師弟敬上</FONT></P>
